If The Growing Ledger Pro isn't right for you, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. You don't need to give a reason.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle, which is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. To request one:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you paid with, or
- Email us at hello@growingledger.com with your order details and we will arrange it with Paddle for you.
Once approved, the money goes back to your original payment method. Your bank usually shows it within 5–10 working days.
Cancelling your subscription
Cancelling and refunding are different things. You can cancel Pro at any time from the subscription panel in your ledger — that stops the next renewal, and your Pro access continues until the end of the month you have already paid for. Renewal payments outside the 30-day window are handled case by case; write to us and we will be reasonable about it.
Your entries stay put
A refund or cancellation never deletes your ledger. Your entries remain in your account on the free plan, and you can pick Pro back up whenever you like. See the Terms & Conditions and Privacy Notice for the rest.
